WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Payment Methods & Instructions
We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Afterpay. We also accept Zelle and Cash App by prior approval.
For Zelle or Cash App payments:

Please call us at (718) 652-3144 before placing your order to receive confirmation and instructions.

Once approved, payment must be sent within 10 minutes of the phone call.

Please include your full name and the transaction or SKU number in the payment notes.
Orders paid via Zelle or Cash App will not be processed until payment is received and confirmed.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Return, Exchange & Store Credit Policy
At Cejunel, we take pride in our products and want every customer to be satisfied. Please review the policy below carefully before initiating a return or exchange.
Return Window

Returns and exchanges must be initiated and shipped back within 7 days from the date the customer receives the item.

Returned items must be received by Cejunel within this 7-day period.

If we do not receive the item within 7 days, the customer will no longer be eligible for an exchange, refund, or store credit.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which they were originally shipped, including all original packaging and tags.

If an item is returned damaged, used, altered, or not in original condition, the customer may receive partial store credit or no store credit, at Cejunel’s sole discretion.
Important Exchange Condition

If a customer initiates an exchange and the item is returned to us damaged, the exchange will not be honored.

In this case, the customer will not be eligible for a refund, partial or full store credit, or any other compensation of any kind.
Exchanges

Eligible items may be exchanged only for items of the same price.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.

Exchange availability is subject to stock.
Shipping Responsibility

If a return or exchange is requested because the customer no longer wants the item, the customer is fully responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.

Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable and non-creditable.
Final Sale Items

All final sale items are final.

Final sale items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and not eligible for refunds or store credit under any circumstances.
Refunds, Store Credit & Exchanges

Cejunel primarily offers exchanges or store credit.

Refunds are only issued for items received damaged upon arrival, as determined by Cejunel.

Any refund, exchange, or store credit is initiated only after the returned item is received and inspected.

Store credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash.
Damage on Arrival (DOA)

Customers are strongly encouraged to call or text us immediately upon noticing any issue with their order.

If an item is received damaged upon arrival, the customer may be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit, pending inspection and approval.

Proof of damage (photos and/or video) is required.
Repairs for Certain Items

For specific items such as hat pins and select hats, if received damaged:

The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us.

Cejunel will repair the item(s) and ship them back to the customer at no additional cost.

This repair option is offered in place of a refund or store credit.
Policy Enforcement

Cejunel reserves the right to deny any return, exchange, refund, store credit, or repair request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

By placing an order with Cejunel, the customer agrees to all terms stated above.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
We do not offer gift cards yet. However, if you come in person to our store, you may receive additional discounts.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING TIME?
Shipping Information
Our standard shipping timeframe is 3–5 business days at a cost of $15.
Express shipping is available for an additional fee.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a partial refund or replacement may be offered at Cejunel’s discretion.
Order Processing

Orders placed and paid by 1:00 PM (local time) on a business day may qualify for same-day shipping, subject to product availability.

Orders placed on weekends, or on holidays will be processed and shipped on the next eligible business day.

Orders are not shipped on holidays.
